Shopping online with The I Wants is really simple and secure.
To make a purchase, follow these easy steps:
Click on the item you wish to add to the basket
Click on view basket when you have finished your shopping. You can delete an item at this point if you do not wish to purchase it.
And then just process your detail after you are happy with the items you are purchasing.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging the details of your order.
Overseas buyers, other than from the UK, please contact us before making an order so that postal rates can be advised.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Whilst every care is taken to ensure the pictures shown match the actual goods as closely as possible some variations may occur due to limitations in the photographic process, also varying monitor settings will influence the way the image appears and the colours seen on your screen. Please note that images are for guidance only, images are not necessarily to scale. Any reference to weights and sizes are approximate only, although we do try to make them as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to reject any order up to the point of dispatch for any reason.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment from the UK can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo cards and UK cheque. All transactions are conducted over a secure server - PAYPAL. You do not need a paypal account to make payments using your card, just fill in your details at the checkout.
To pay by UK cheque, simply cut and paste the product information along with the quantity into an e-mail and send to mail@theiwants.co.uk. A confirmation email will be sent to you, along with details of where to send the cheque. Goods will be sent out once the cheque has been received and funds have been cleared. If we do not receive payment within 7 working days, goods will automatically be put back on sale.
All prices in UK Pounds Sterling include VAT.
There is no minimum order.
All prices are correct at the time of going to print but are subject to change at any time and all errors and omissions excepted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All goods will be dispatched by first class post with every effort made to post within 7 days.
We aim to ship all goods by first class post within 7 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should there be any problems we will contact you via email or telephone. Should any items be unavailable then we will deduct the amount from the card transaction. Please re order any out of stock items after 28 days or contact us regarding availability.
Order over £10 will automatically be sent Recorded Delivery. Customers can add 66p for any purchases below this value to insure their purchases are against loss and damage whilst in transit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:
• Goods should be returned in their original packaging with all original labelling attached. If an item is sold as new we will not accept it if there is any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Please note that earrings and underwear can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds are made within 30 days and credited to the card used to make the purchase, but excludes delivery charges.
• We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of posting.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using this shopping system over the Internet. The I Wants do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
The I Wants uses Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us.
We offer secure on-line transactions, which means, you can shop at home, in the office or at cybercafe.
